Got Some Questions?

By visiting https://stayathome.spud.ca/ and checking if you live in our delivery area on the delivery map

This is a separate website to SPUD.ca, and you can’t use your SPUD account to order.

No, this is for pre-packaged boxes only. You can purchase single grocery items on SPUD.ca.

To enable convenient delivery of these boxes, there are no substitutions, order cancellations or alterations to the box contents. COVID-19 has strained all supply chains so to ensure reliability, our team needs the flexibility to substitute different brands & products in the boxes. Our goal is to provide a reliable service and complete order, so we cannot guarantee specific vendors or brands for each product in the box. We will guarantee that you get value for each item in the box.

Yes, SPUD Stay Home requires a separate account and is not linked to SPUD.ca.

Yes! We operate separately so you will receive two different deliveries.

SPUD is committed to sustainability and usually we’d prefer to use a reusable tote, however COVID-19 is a situation that has called for us to adapt in order to meet the food security needs and safety of customers in Calgary and Vancouver. You can recycle your cardboard box (or do something creative with it)

At the moment, we only offer delivery for SPUD Stay Home.

On your delivery day between the hours of 9am-9pm Mon-Sat

Once your order is placed you cannot cancel or update your order.

You can request a refund if there is something you are not satisfied with.

Absolutely! We are always open to requests. Please email stayathome@spud.ca if you have suggestions

If there are no more boxes available, it means our capacity is full for the day. Please check back the next day before 3pm as we will continue to increase the number of boxes we will deliver each day based on the demand.

Front line workers and organizations come in many forms. We are open to supporting many different groups such as hospitals, emergency response, transit workers, grocery workers, and more.

Please contact us to discuss your eligibility and potential partnerships at stayathome@spud.ca

Organizations that support our at risk community come in many forms. We are working with community services groups, school boards, public services, and more. The need is great and we will work with organizations that have a proven history of helping in the time of need.

Please contact us to discuss your eligibility and potential partnerships at stayathome@spud.ca

If you are a corporation or organization that is looking to donate to our front line workers, please contact us and will work with you to ensure we are getting food essentials on your behalf to those who need it.

If you are a customer, every box you order, $3.00 will go back into the program where we will donate that money to an organization to support at risk people in our community and front line workers.

The cost will vary. SPUD.ca’s commitment is to provide front line workers these boxes at our cost, meaning we will not make any money from these boxes. Some front line workers may receive additional funding through their organizations and charitable donations making their boxes free. To find out more or to apply for your organization to be eligible please contact us.
